2. How big a sandbagger is the cat3 guy who did 8 laps? Isn't that the same amount as "the prez"? He would have podiumed in some of the cat 1 groups with his time to boot.

1.What happened to Jshort? He did start this thread.
I saw riders scoot under the tape twice trying to be sneaky like, "oh I'm just standing here by this tape waiting for you to go by..." look back and they're gone! that would increase their avg speed a bit. I was so disoriented that if I ever tried cutting the course, I'd end up a mile back going the wrong way![]()

in my first lap, almost like a mile into the race, at the turn there was dip, my front tire got sucked in and I did an endo so bad, i could not remeber where I was for a second.
And then in my third lap, one of my friends were so happy to see me, he gooes heyy, and then i got distracted, again another endo. Both were scary falls. I never tasted these two kinds of falls. I dont wanna do again. Mtbikers' happiness is in the agony of it, i guess.
The course was fun, it aint Allamuchy. It felt good not to climb. Congrats to everybody who biked out there.
The idiot that provoked the second crash was me, I have to admit 😱 Emrah was flying and still did everything well to do a good pass on a much slower rider. He let me know he was coming up, waited a bit for a good spot and then made a clean pass on the left. After he passed me I realized it was him so I felt the need to let him know that it was me, so I screamed at him something like "Hey. Great job, it's me Segundo". He was already several yards ahead of me and understood "Heads up" so he turned to look back right where there was a deep dip with several big roots crossing over and took a really nasty fall, over the bars and rolling with bike and everything over the roots. I thought he must had several broken bones but by the time I was there he was on the bike again pedaling while checking his ribs. Then I was glad to see him disappear from my sight.
If I were him, I would have been so pist-off but he didn't say anything at all. In fact, I saw him after the race at the finish line and was laughing at that.
Sorry Emrah!
Looks like the results have been updated. I went from 10th to now 9th in SS Open. Sweet!

If this is true we need to know during the race. We are all USAC officials and will administer beat downs on command.
You're better off emailing us at our site. www.somethingwickedevents.com You will get the right folks there. There's still something wrong here.... only worse.😡
The original times had my 4th lap at 2 hours and the 5th lap at 2 minutes.
They supposedly "corrected" the times but just combined the error.
I got gyped out of a lap and dropped six places.
Mr Havoc....Can you look into this please?
