Going Long and Hard.

It's time to begin thinking about the other side of my riding. I have a new bike coming in specifically for Ultra Road. Even more specifically the Ultra-est Ride in Ultra Road. Short term goals are R-12, Super, and BRB1200 to qualify for PBP. If that happens, I may be the first person in history to do the ITI and PBP in the same year.View attachment 62054
Need moar bike pics.

I may have accidentally done PCP.

Yes. Please descibe these experiences.

Back in high school, I had a friend that bought weed from a sketchy friend of a friend, and then they and another friend noticed that the weed was kind of sandy. They figured it was just dirty because it grows in the dirt, and they decided to smoke it anyway. Then they saw trails and freaked out.

Has anyone here done PBP? I feel like I've pestered poor Nigel enough with dumb noob questions.

been a while.

i was planning on doing PBP years ago but i found the church of dirt and never looked back on road riding.

I joined the FaceWorld Group, there's some great info there. I'll go through these links also, thanks son. The BRB is in May so I'll have plenty of time to reflect on how that goes or even do another 1200 to get a better start position, which is a thing I didn't know about.

no problemo hombre

i joined RUSA a few years ago and never went on a single official rando cuz everyone who administered the routes i wanted to ride were total flakes or just didnt respond

if you find yourself in the seattle area the rando community over there is huge

i think theres a better community over here up north once you get to the berkshires and up

New bike day.

Not to change topics.... but a while back you helped set up one of the local athletes with one of those hand crank bikes. How’d their season go? Yes, it’s random.... but the thought just popped into my head soooooo.
