Agreed!!! Bought this and the hop ranch. Enjoyed both but the Wolf was definitely more flavorful imo. Think I'll have another to make sure.
Picked up hop ranch and a 4pack of Palo Santo Marron. Havent tried Hop Ranch, and finding it comparable to dirt wolf. Palo is always a treat.
Ruthless is great. For a large production outfit you cant get much better than SN.
Somehow, I am now friends with one of the owners at the local watering hole, so everything is free when I drink with him.

I drank a lot in college all sorts of stuff not just beer. Back then there was not a lot of craft beer, I mean Sam Adams lager was just coming into the main stream. Then I didn't drink for a long time due to mostly health reasons other than here and there.
Last year I started going out to concerts and clubs and it felt awkward w/o a beer in my hand, so I'd have a Guinness or 4.
About 3 months ago a childhood friend moved into my town and frequents a sports bar so I'd hang out there with him from time to time. When I first started going, they weren't really doing the craft stuff. I mean it wasn't all Coors Light, but stuff like Guinness, Dogfish IPA, Brooklyn Lager, etc...
A month ago the bar got a new manager and he knows his beer and they are now rotating good stuff. They also have a stout ice cream coming which I was able to sample, it is delicious.
My friend is friends with the owner, that's how I got the hook-ups.
I don't like the idea of drinking alone at home so rarely have a 6 pack in the fridge. For me it's more of a social thing. I mean I do like to drink beer just to drink beer, but I guess I just haven't ventured into my man-cave to drown my sorrows away.
