Thanks for responding. This spot looks ideal as it apperars to run into eagle valley rd. Which is the way I like to enter harriman after shooting up long meadow. I be sure to take my old trek with training tires or maybe even mtb sloatsburg rd into shepherd pond rd

i really stayed on the track for this one, you can see how inaccurate the droid is. I basicly record on droid, replace the header and upload to connect since all my stuff is there. i like to see at least 4 activities every week, i don't log work outs at gym or swimming. mostly running, road bike & mtb

Wanted to take front wheel with hutch training tire but packed bike in car before storm hit.

The hutch trainer that came off rear bonty will go on front of neuvation. Thr rear bonty has the trainor friendy cheap bonty for the road bike #2 trek 5600 p.o. 9 speed ultegra

Raised the seat a pica or two the ride felt great albeit near under the bridge on way back to ft lee park a dude on mtb nearly passed me.

They had a xc track meet today at garret mtn, mills reservoir rd closed. I tried technic05's reroute in lakawna but a dude pulled out in front of me at the mall in u turn gfashion then at lakawna light turns green and he don't go, so I head up lakawana back towars 46

But the bummer about the ride besides the slow moving time was my cadence magnet came loose off the crank and scratched the hell out of my nice trc advanced. I stopped lpgging cadence since I just use mytracks on droid and the battery has long since died on the cadence sensor

Road hi mtn this morning. White was still wet from recent rain. Red and yellow good to go

Then ran 4 back in town. Sept did 30 runs/rides. Oct started slow but looking to match sept through 2010

I packed up my trek 5600 last night into car as I drive to fort lee park for week day river road rides.

This year I put on dura ace 9 spped group. Neuvation wheels hutch tire

Minewst dual niterider on lights on handlebars. Niterider usb on helmet

Long slleever retro velo shirt. Long retro velo pante. Front blinky. 2 rear blinky. Mirroor onglasses with clear lens:popcorn:

Took 2 conti mtn kings today and the ride felt better then last time there a fort night ago 1 mtn king one michellin

Came back to town and ran four. There was a 5k today in wood ridge where I run .

Went to river rd early today as tues supposed to be wet

Gate was closed at ft lee park. So I parked car on hudson terrace good / free til 8am

When I got to river rd entrance gate also locked. Roadie on time frame hopped over wall in front of me but he had no lights at all.

We road together to the alpine circle and he bailed abruptly as I went down to boat basin. He did thank me though for providing light. He is a snippet of the ride. Ft lee to alpine boat basin
