tuesday at 5:00pm woodfern school in hillsborough 1hr hard effort road ride. you can use cross bike, mtb or road bike just plan for a hard effort with some steady pace for regrouping purposes. 7 mile loop.

Nice showing tonight. Shocked at how many can get out so early from work to ride there bikes. Next week 11/15 cross practice starts at 4:00 again. Course will be up at 3:30

got them to change the 45+ results 3 times till it looked right. but they went and posted incorrect results on the njba website.

the weds practice at otto farm is cancelled this week because of the rain (i hate cleaning my bike mid week). stay tuned for a possible training series on saturdays in dec and jan to stay in shape for the regional championships in jan.

These were a blast! Not sure when they start up again but I'll be there for sure.
It was at a park at the bottom of Montgomery Road and Wertsville.

Yeah, let me add that some of the practices I went to last fall were much better than some of the races I did. Hands down. Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get out and ride with good folks, and I can't wait for it to start up again in the fall!

starting august 17th cross practice will take place on tuesdays at 6:00 pm at ottos farm park in hillsborough.

starting september 7th cross practice will take place on wednesdays at 6:00 at ottos farm park in hillsborough.

there will be two, twenty minute races with a very short break between efforts. get there early so your ready to go at 6:00. if you get there late join in and get ready for the next session. some nights there will be a third session.
