On paper it would definitely appear so, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the < 2012 versions either... I have ridden a Lefty for 2 years and briefly rode the new Scalpel 1 at the demo, unfortunately I wasn't able to get into it enough to have an detailed opinion - but I liked it.

She is not materialistic, thank god, but CZ is not my style for a wedding band.
Getting married in the states is silly expensive for our guest list (200+) so we decided to marry in Madrid and keep the list to a bare minimum (close family and friends 30+). We are going to cover all of the expenses for our parents and my son, our brothers/sister/close friends that choose to come will be responsible for themselves. Luckily we will have our friend's 3BR apartment in Madrid to use. As we will both on vacation for two weeks, for our honeymoon we plan on visiting Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Denmark....I'm trying to plan it around a WRC or MotoGP event 😉
When we get back to the states, we'll plan a civil ceremony to make it official.
I'm saving coin, but not enough to warrant the purchase without selling the Salsa.
