Hey everyone! I would like to ride Allaire on 12/24 in the am probably.Is there anyone to show me around? I kinda know that trails but not really all that well? Anyone else is welcome to join. It will be a social pace and I will probably only be out for 90 mins to two hours. I am coming back from an injury so my body can really only handle brief rides for now. If more people show up and want to do separate into groups and ride harder or slower then we can do that. This would be a great ride for you guys to bring out your GFs who are just starting to ride. My ride will be beginner friendly so it will be a nice ride for some gals just starting out.

Damn! I'd offer up but it's Mrs. Wookie's b-day 🙁 I'll post back if some sort of miracle happens and i can break free.
 
Let me check with my wife I may be able to give you the 50 cent tour....
 
we run beginner friendly rides every saterday at 8am at allaire. the ride is organized by Brielle Cyclery and is led by myself (scott) and Patrik. call the store (732-528-9121) or visit the website(www.briellecyclery.com) for more info. Otherwise, just be at the hospital rd. parkinglot at 8 am and look for the big maroon van w/the logo on it. - see you out there.
 
We may be interested in this also. Please post up a final meeting time when all your details are worked out. If Mike can't make it we know a fair amount of Allaire trails also.

I guess time depends on who is leading. I would like to shoot for 10 am to let things warm up a bit and also so I can not have to wake up at 5 am to get down there for a ride. I am coming from North Jersey so its a good hour ride down there. Would anyone be up for leading a ride around 10 am or anytime after?
 
We could do 10 am if that is what suits everyone else. Mike is a better choice for the full tour but if no one else can lead (and Franks not available) we promise not to get ya lost.🙂

I will be there about 9:30 as well. Would love to join your group, or hubby and I will be "exploring" on our own.

Now look at that, us 2 old farts have more in common then old farts. Our wives share the same day...
 
We will be there around 9:30 as well. Wheels down at 10?? 2 old farts, blue Ford F 150 and a big green tandem. Hard to miss!!!!

* Just a reminder * I am out of shape and will be riding someone else's bike = slow lol So for anyone who plans on coming think of it as a social pace. Like a slow Cat 2 ride with some chatting. I forget the grading system so that's my grading system.😀
 
It is Xmas Eve so I would think social pace would be nice. Also a good time to meet new people. We plan to ride until about 12-1pm. See you all Saturday.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I don't know who it's worse for...us or them. Have a Merry and send an early Happy Bday to Patty for me!
