Stage from Fred's house, warm-up on ride over to Zion. Participants line up and go off at predetermined intervals(1 minute?).
Then we could do a 2-3hr ride afterwards...no?
We could stage at a parking lot nearby as well so we don't have cars parked all over Fred's lawn.

True. I was passed by a hybrid on that ride pushing my tall gears. Get over it. No one told me we were racing. He was probably doing a TT on his local hill with him and his buddies from rbr.com.

Not a bad thought. I like it. Although depending on the number of participants it may be good to park in that church lot at the intersection.
