wireless headphones

My wife has a pair of these which she used maybe once,
Motorola S11-Flex HD Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headset - Retail Packaging - Black/White by Motorola http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009M27MB2/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_flDvvb1JE0ZA7
i can sell them to you for $25.
Thank you for the offer, but I am going to pass. My Hubby has a pair of earbud style bluetooth headphones I have tried, thats why I know I do NOT like them and dont want to buy a set (if I wanted one, I would use his 😉 )

Thinking that what I want just isnt out there 🙁

gtluke , you busting my balls ?

$150 headphones.
Listening to a severely degraded copy of a copy of a copy of a bootleg live show from Milwaukee in 1976

I refuse to listen to crap recordings , 99% of my shows are Soundboards . The quality is excellent .
crap in , crap out .
quality in , quality out .

Only the listener can decide what he wants to hear .

Come on hippie. You cant post up those headphones and not get some ball busting out of me. 🙂

Went through this with my wife when we both wanted a pair for Christmas. Personally I like a rich base sound. I also like the in-ear style where I don't have listen to anyone grunting at the gym (or the Katy Perry station they constantly keep playing). Wireless are notorious for under-delivering in the base department. After trying 4 different brands, I decided to stick with my wired buds but the wife wanted to keep looking. Then one day we were at a friends house and he had these. That's what my wife ended up getting. She loves them because:
  • They fit comfortably around the neck and ears and don't fall out when you're jogging.
  • Allow you to still hear some exterior noise.
  • Deliver very good sound.
  • Are reasonably priced. I think we paid $125 but I see now they are under $100.
Come to think of it, there was another pair that we ended up keeping as a backup. They were real cheap but sounded pretty good so I figured I'd keep them for myself. 6 Months later, I think they're still in the box. Check them out.

Good luck.

The Jaybird Blue Bud X's are just the thing. However, they aren't that cheap. I think you can get them for $140 but they do work seamlessly. They offer control of volume, music and phone calls. They are worth the money.
1,000 x ^

Did anyone notice where I mentioned "purple ponies"?
This is a phrase I coined working retail and encountering customers who want the impossible and get mad at me when I cant provide it.

Yeah? well I want a purple pony too.

So this past weekend I made a bracelet for myself with purple ponies. Poor substitution I know. But until I am removed from the comet its the best I can do right now.

Now as for the head phone I wanted.

I ended up buying this:
http://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-P324-Purple-Headphones-integrated/dp/B00TYE9PUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432979791&sr=8-1&keywords=ARCTIC+P324+BT+(Purple)+-+Bluetooth+(V4.0)+Headset+with+Neckband+-+Headphones+with+integrated+Microphone+-+Perfect+for+Sport

Here's a copy of my amazon review:
Just got this yesterday. Charging went well. Connecting to my "stupid" phone was so easy and flawless I laughed. Then I played the music. Sound was clear and good. Very happy. Then the distance test. I walked all around my house, into and out of rooms and NO breaking up of music. Only broke up a little bit when I went into the basement.
Now for how it fits. I had VERY specific requirements as I wanted to use this while riding my bike. It HAS to be comfy and stay in place. I also did NOT want the surrounding noise to be blocked. When I first tried them on I was very disappointed as they wouldnt stay in place. I also could not get them to "hook" over my ears as my ears are VERY flat next to my head and I had to almost fold my ears out to hook it on which was very uncomfortable. Then I noticed the package said the ear covers were removable and MAGNETIC?! So I took them off and saw the speaker part sticks out just a little. So I tried them on, and the speaker part sits in my ears just right that not only do they stay in place very well, but I can still hear the surrounding noises, which is what I wanted.
Did I also mention you can get them in PURPLE!!!!

I havent tried them while riding yet. I also dont know how long the charge holds. I will try to update this after I have had this a while, but so far, these have been an answer to a prayer 🙂

Oh and the price was within my poor budget. If only it had a mane and tail 🙂
