I gotta give THULE credit ! My model 963 spare tire carrier got rusty sooner than I thought that it should. (My bad for leaving in on one winter) I took some pics and sent them to customer service. They sent me a new rack. That's what I call going above and beyond. I just wanted give them a public thumbs up.
