Sleep?!?! How do you do it?

I take a CBD gummy about an hour before bed.

It doesn't knock me out or make me feel groggy in the morning, but it definitely helps me unwind and quiet my mind. Since I started this routine, I fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night, which has made a big difference in how rested I feel each morning.

every night?

Are you a parent and do your children know?

I use an app called Headspace for guided mediation, but it has dozens of soundscapes that have helped me sleep during some difficult times where I couldn't turn my brain off. Stuff like deep forest sounds, all kinds of running water-related sounds, campfire sounds, breeze going through trees, etc. It also has focus music which I find helpful when it's time to dive into the Excel vortex at work.

Reading the DOT handbook saves your career. A medical card does not protect a commercial driver in the States. I deal with similar sleep issues in the UK. I went the official route through Releaf. Taking thc gummies before bed forces a full night of sleep.

try it

My wife installed blackout shades behind our blackout blinds and still complains.
At the house in LBI that we used to rent the sun would come through and light up the room at 530am. I tried every thing, but eventually resorted to tin foil. Covering each windows with foil totally blacked out that bedroom. And made it look like a meth lab from the street. lol.

I recommend the movie "Insomnia" staring Robin Williams and Al Pacino for more detailed info on aluminum foil on windows.

Shitty window coverings are a common complaint I have in hotels and airBnBs.

For rooms the kids at vacation places, I would bring the thick contractor black trashbags and masking tape to blackout their windows.

i spent many years and $$ trying to find the right blinds and shades for the windows so I can sleep without the sun waking me up. Then I had an epiphone when I realized duh - I was sleeping on the plane for work travel with a mask on, why not use it at home.

And I use like a $4 basic ones like they give you on the airplane. None of those weighted or gel ones they are too thick when you try to roll to the side.

And for the kids back in the day, at the shore hotels we would do this trick with the hangers from the closet.:
