Rotor replacement?

Hey all. I have a pair of shimano hydro brakes that I've had since about 2003. I've gone through about 10 sets of pads,but never changed the rotors. When should I change the rotors? Thanks

as long as the wheel spins freely and the brakes work well you probably never have to. Sometimes the rotors will get warped but only the pads wear out.

Any scoring, grooving, or discoloration? Any pulsation? If not, as Blair stated you could keep at them. However rotors are fairly cheap so if you've got the upgrade bug....😀

Thanks guys. I don't experience any problems braking, and they look OK. I'll bust out the calipers tonight and check the thickness.
