NICA likely feeding the U19 crowd and addressing the NICA HS slump of kids that really don't care about XC racing. The dude who won 19-29 is graduate of my tenure as head coach of the local NICA team and rides with my son occasionally. But where did everyone else in 19-29 go? And even 30-39. A few years from now will be interesting to see how much the 19-29 grows, even though thousands of kids have graduated from NICA in NJ and close areas of PA at this point.

Pretty sure that race hit their capacity limit, not sure you can really make any conclusions.
