I've sold 100's of items on craigslist and ebay. Never once was I too busy to contact the buyer. I understand things go awry, but the buyer should be informed.Can't agree more although this is a bit different. This is an individual and not a large corporation that has customer service personnel that will help facilitate answers.
We have $$$ lingering out there with no feedback from the seller....even when he was back on the forum this Thursday and had the ability to provide answers to us buyers. Trust me, I fully understand how one's busy life can get in the way of shipping out goods in a timely manner. That being said, he's had days upon days to provide us feedback on the status. No news is far worse than bad news.
I agree with @MissJR , there is no need to banish the guy. This is more of a PSA / Buyer beware.
I will climb down from my soapbox and enjoy my coffee now.
I'm calling BS on this guy.
