Just wondering if anyone out there has used the above mentioned in the New Brunswick or Princeton area?? I am looking for a good recommendation...I have been writing down everything I put in my mouth for the past two weeks so that there is information to reference for my first visit...I'm looking to get a better perspective on balanced diets and to i.d. opportunities in my current diet

With the net and books I think you could get a great sense of a balanced diet with some reading.

LOL, then yes, you certainly should go see someone. I haven't been inside the bank in years.
