MTB'ing arround York PA?

I will be traveling there weekly for a few months for work and was wondering if anyone knows where to go riding. I found a bunch of forums from the area but they are all dead or are more "roadie" based chats.
 
There's a number of places. Only one I can remember is rocky ridge. I bet if you search for that it will bring up sites with more info on other trails though. Good luck!
 
Google yamba.org which is york area mtb club good people. Rocky ridge and Lake redman are county parks and awesome riding. Michaux state park is about 30 mins from york city. If you don't mind driving 50 mins north there is Swatara state park and Rattling creek you can go to Samba.com for info. Swatara is 10 miles of fast Singlespeed singletrack.
