Looking for knobbier tires...

Time to get rid of the stock tires my remedy 7 came with. I feel like I need something knobbier. Any suggestions?

I do not have much experience, but I went from maxxis ardent to dhf/dhr and I am throughly pleased. I would buy them again.

I'm running WTB's Vigilante's tcs tough/high grip on the rear and tcs light/high grip on the front and they grab very well for my taste.

Plus 1 on the DHF/DHR. However, nobbier is not always better. Where do you ride, and why do you feel you need nobbier tires?

Have to disagree with the Nobby Nics, worst tires I've ever run, and not cheap either. Fell apart in a month, literally, and you have to run them at 30+ pounds to not flat.

I haven't had too much trouble with Nobby Nics although I agree they are on the light side for aggressive trail or enduro riding.

I run the Magic Mary for gravity work. I'm planning to get a set of 29x2.4 MM's for my Primer to see how it does at enduro riding.

Getting good grip and wear from a set of Bontrager SE5 Team Issue. Good durable casing and High roller type tread. Very pleased.
