Is your dog acting like a posessed lunatic?

Red Mosquito

Formerly RLB the Scrapple Boy
Mine was acting strange since yesterday, and she's been outright insane today. In the 6 mos we've had her she's never been so wound up. Do they have some sort of ability to sense the storm and know that things aren't right?

My dog has been through quite a few of these tropical storms from when we lived in FL. He is calm when I am home and doesn't appear to worry about it at all. But if I leave, he freaks out and stays by the door waiting for me to get home. I guess he worries about the pack leader being out in the storm.

Yung Cheda is playing like normal. She doesn't know what's going on cause there isn't any thunder

She's scampered off to the bedroom now, probably under the bed. No thunder but she knows something is up.

animals can sense when storms are coming and earthquakes also

I guess I know what I'm working on this week LOL. She is a retriever...

If its a pure breed lab you can surely teach it to bring you a beer. My lab knows a lot of items by name. You tell her to get her leash she will get her leash. Tell her to bring a ball and she will get that too. Its amazing how smart some dogs are. In fact, most dogs are probably smarter than some people I have meet.:hmmm:
