So I'm driving home tonight after 9:30 on River Road in Montgomery, the one closer to Six Mile not Princeton. For those who don't know, it's a busy 45 MPH road where people drive 55 and up, no shoulder at all with a guardrail inches off the road most of the length. It's pitch black out, raining, and I pass someone on a bike with no lights and a dark green poncho on. Unbelievable.
