Has anyone made there own bike trailer? I don't see to many problems or pinch points to watch for but I figured I would ask to see if anyone had a "do not do this" kind of thing. Thanks.

I hope this doesn't sound stupid but here goes. Do you mean a trailer that your bike pulls or a trailer to haul your bikes?

I use a BoB trailer, it is really nice and versatile. Somewhere there is a pic of it hauling a 25' long stunt through miles of sand. If you really want to weld on up you can buy the fork online or copy the idea and start with a rigid fork and work from there.
