Help!!

So we planned to go camping a couple of months ago and now that we're two weeks away .. there's talk about bringing veggie burgers, board games and possibly a kitchen sink.

That's not camping.

I need a trail to get away while they live at "home".
Anyone familiar with Harmony Ridge Campgrounds? Trails?
 
need a trail that i can ride to from the campsite. too bad im not familiar with the campsite at all .. they've been there last year so i'll dig up some more info on pinpoint location.

Spent the last 34 years in that town and I know for a fact that there are no trails (at least not what I call mt bike trails) in the immediate area. If you are willing and capable of riding to the trail head via road = I can send you information the closest trail being Coursen to your location.

I would say that it is about 3 miles away from the campground entrance.
 
yeh .. just read the link. its better than nothing I guess. According to Google, Sotkes is next to me .. got a map for Coursen?

depending on what you want to do mile wise, since you got around 6 road (there and back)

my route would be coursen to lake, around stony lake and back lackner and follow 206 south back to upper north shore and home. (total time with road = 1 1/2 hours)

if you want to put in some miles and see stokes a bit then coursen, swenson, tinsley, blue mountain, waterfall, lacker, 206 and back to campground (total time with road (2 1/2 hours)

Thanks for the help guys .. took me a while to compare Google Maps with your maps to get my bearings straight, but it sure does look like there's gonna be sweet relief.
