I wanted to extend a big THANK YOU to John and Lilly at Cycle Works in Byram, NJ. We had some unique mechanicals out in the trails last weekend. A quick call to the store and Lilly drove out to the trail head with the parts and better tools to fix the problems.

As always, they seem to go the extra mile time and time again. Its nice to see this level of customer service in this day and age.
