Crank arm loose

After reading through everyone's comments and looking at some of the FSA material, it could be as simple as a loose crank bolt on one or both sides. The video showed the drive side crank kind of wobbly, so I would think to check that bolt, then the other side. Not sure what kind of pre load this crank uses.
 
And one thing I'm thinking- if you bought this at your lbs, they should be able to take care of it no problem if the bike is just a couple months old.

I found this on a trail about a year ago and threw it in my parts bin (maybe it's yours? 😀). It's yours if you want it.

Well I took it to the LBS and they said I wasn't missing anything, they tightened it and I'm good to go.
