Coal Cracker Classic??

Robson is Falcon or Falco, as I like to call him.

Robson is another racer on mtbnj, he kinda looks like he could be falco's dad.

Sorry to hear about the mechanicals Gordon. I guess with all the enduro's you put a lot of hard miles on that bike this year.

I'm still not sure who tommy d is but congrats on not killing yourself at the Cracker.

Nice job 26er & Lance.

Oops! My bad. Thanks Iggy. Who is young Rob on here? He rode a fantastic race.
Mechanicals? Ahhh...It's all part of racing...So many things went wrong all at once that it was actualy hysterical. I was literally laughing out loud in disbelief, to no one but myself...like an escaped mental patient. Aside from double flatting at Bearscat, which I don't really count as a mechanical, I've had a nearly problem free season, so I cannot complain. I'm a little pissed at myself for forgetting my glasses though.

I took a stab at the endurance race and had what I would call my most challenging day on the bike. I ended up finishing one lap in just under 4 hours and you could stick a fork in me because I was done.

I am secretly happy that I was in good company in the DNF crowd. It was a tough place to race and I'm feeling damn good about completing a lap. Not that I really had a choice because the only place to bail was when you joined in with the xc course and I really wanted to feel like I rode something substantial. That part of the course was a lot of fun so I can see why the xc racers enjoyed themselves.

I give a lot of credit to everyone who finished the 2 endurance laps. It took way more will power than I could muster that day!

It's too bad that course is on private land, I'd love to go back there and see how much of that stuff I could ride on a nice dry day.
