Check out this race course...

There is only one day with significnat climbing given the distance (the one with 6800 feet.) The rest of the days are roughly the same distance but avergae less than half that in elevation gain. I don't know what the terrain itself is like (too lazy to read it all) but it seems like a pretty doable race ... you know, if you'd be make it to get the starting line.

love the description/warning....essentially "this race is really really hard, is conducted in an area without medical facilities and little to no contact with the outisde world, you may die and no one will be there for your body, so be warned"
