This is mostly true but Lumintrek has presence in the US so you can call to complain about how your light broke after one ride in English. Also I believe the Lumintrek comes with more accessories (helmet mount + diffuser + extension cable). I haven't seen any MagicShine packages come with all 3 for the same price, although it could exist.

I bought two based on your post. They were actually only $37 shipped with Prime. Took them out for the first time last night and they were great. One on the helmet, one on the bars. Thanks for the recommendation.
