Bang. Check the server logs

Might be a coincidence, but there is a nasty zero day exploit surfacing for vBulletin in the news today. I'd keep an extra eye on the logs and watch for any new patches to apply.
 
Why do I constantly need to sign in every time I want to post? I must sign in five times in a ten minute period, it is a bit overkill.....

Sometimes I have to sign in multiple times for one post, what gives, I have my papers, don't send me away!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
It's gotta be something on your end, since you are the only one to have this problem. Anyone else? Suu you have some weird browser plug-ins installed?
 
My pants tell me I am eating all the cookies I come in contact with. Maybe it is time for a new computer, kind of sad, I have a nice sticker collection on this one (quality, not quantity)....with no more room left, maybe that shows it's age.
 
I am having the same problem. Have for months. Told someone, said would be fixed, isnt. Nothing on my end changed with computer or programming.
 
I have the same problem at work, I just figured it was a web filter or something on our end.
 
As a test, try a different browser.

Tried that.

didnt work.

still an issue.

Seems the only way to make this work is to open a couple extra tabs and keep refreshing one. UGH

I am experiencing the same thing. Even to the point where I log in, then write something, and when I submit it, I am reprimanded for not signing in to post a message. So I have to sign in again and then it gets posted.
 
1) Does your URL read www.mtbnj.com or mtbnj.com (w/o the www)? I know that if you switch between www and not www, it will prompt you to login again. You may want to look at the URL to see if the URL switches when you get logged out. www.mtbnj.com is the default, so most people should be on that URL.

2) Do you get logged out every time you try those things or does it happen sporadically?

3) You could also try disabling all your extensions and see if it still happens.

4) Last ditch effort. You could try resetting all settings to default if you're comfortable trying that. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

how about paranoid browser settings for cookies??

disable those safeties (watched hunt for red october last night)

set *.mtbnj.com as a trusted site ??

wonder if it is part of a vbulletin attack at the browser level???
