Another new guy...

Just got back into riding after about 4 or 5 years of only using the MTB to walk the dogs. Well...having 2 kids also cut down on the riding.😀

Anyway, just picked up a 2008 Trek EX8 from Planet Bike to replace the old GF Joshua (wife wants to start riding so I gave her the GF and bought myself something new).

Other than that, I'm an old-ish guy (almost 45) but I've been roadracing motorcycles for the last 16yrs and also race Supermoto (at Raceway Park).

Oh yeah....I'm one of the asshat admins on gixxer.com.😀

My guess is that you are hiding the tread you are racing on from the competition??



Try sliding the saddle back a bit on the Trek.

I wanted some of these soooo bad when I was racing Formula Continental...they were stupid expensive for that thing, though.

I also have a wife and 2 very young boys (2 & 4) so I know what ya mean about finding time. I have a solid race schedule of 11 weekends this year (supermoto & roadrace) so time is VERY hard to find.

Anyway, I hope to hit Hartshorne this weekend if I can find the time...or else I'll be forced to ride Cheesequake for a quick fix.😀
