I threw down 20 lbs of wildflower seeds this year, they ended up being a bust when the grass took over and the seeds didn't get a chance to germinate. Now it looks like the no-mow zone that Iggy posted up above. SO doesn't like the look, so will be planting shrubs on the hill this weekend. Last year they looked great, not sure what happened this year. Many were perennials but didn't make it through the winter.Plant wildflowers everywhere and never mow.
