Despite the fact that Utah was only seconds off of a national champions time today he is still the bitch in this relationship.

36 seconds! you know...because adam didnt feel like making it 37 🙂

Man that was fun race! Adam was able to ride the mud climb up Buchanan, rest of us had to run...That was where he said goodbye...Monte and I kept him in sight for a long time, but he had all the lead he needed.

Cima did some work on that trophy....im a little bummed I didnt get to take it home...But I did eat lots of ice cream

Awesome time, great party...Dark horse guys never disappoint.

Sick...Congrats Utah!! Awesome job! AC is the real deal...

When Scott Wilson told me that Adam Craig finished in under 1:50, I thought "That's nuts, but the dude has raced a World Cup on a single speed, so there's that." Then I found out that Utah was only 36 seconds behind, and I thought, "that's just nuts without qualification". Congrats, @UtahJoe ... that is freaking awesome! I don't understand how you guys go that fast. I spent the whole race trying to recover from the effort of the prologue! 😀

since rons bike let him down, i think i was the fastest camper today. #winning
I had to be top 5 camper, no? Lol, I was planning on 1 or 2 beers but the campfire and good peeps had me with an extra five or six . That mango IPA someone brought at like 11:30 was my calling for bed. Then that howling wind at 2am almost blew me n my tent away. 5:30 came quick but what a fun day. Happy with 35th in open, the great food and beer, and getting to hang with everyone. Also, thx to George from dark horse loaning his compressor to blow up our air mattresses and camping in his back yard. @Shoogs gang killed it with that 100 mile ride from harford and then racing today. This was my first ssap and definitely win't be my last!

Awesome race today! Congrats @UtahJoe . Also congrats to @Mitch , @Uzzi_SL @pooriggy and especially my buddy @Riggedfmx who finished 27 out of 52 in his first ever mtb race on a rigid ss. Also, Ross with 3rd, jeff manndell and my buddy joe van mater with an 8th on rigid ss. Awesome job!

Was that Tony? I rolled with him quite a few miles, good dude and damn impressive for his first race. Tell him I said hi, I have a blue POC lid and a primal jersey. Didn't see him after.

Yea Tony did awesome. About half way in I felt kind of bad for having him sign up lol

He was going good but kinda bonked on the hilly sections after the beer tent, before the second climb everyone walked. Glad he pulled it together and finished strong. I joked with him about it being a heck of a first race!
