Well it looks like there are 6 riders in Cat 3, 50+ so my hopes of podiuming have been dashed. As long as I don't finish 7th out of 6 I can go home happy. Good luck to you too.

I will be extremely disappointed if you don't attend in the rain.
I have every intention, wanted to be sure the event was on. Between SSAP and the Epic Mudhole short track race, my all-weather skillz are well established this season. 😀

The course is marked out and looking good! If it rains Saturday eve the course will be spectacular on Sunday, as of noon today it was very dry and a bit dusty so the rain will only make it better.
We are adding in a small CX type section for the spectators near the pavilion ball field so your friends and family can cheer you as you near the start/finish line. That area will also be used for vender row where a bunch of manufactures will have product on display.

Very serious question - since I will not be partaking in the consumption of the delectable beverages being offered, can my wife serve as my proxy?
Note - she will be spectating with 3 young boys in tow and thay are all under 9 uears old - she'll need a drink or three 🙂

Yes...I'm sure nobody will mind if she has a beer. Pretty sure my wife has had a few while watching the races at lewmo.
