Nope. I have never been hassled there. Not even the time I ended up on Coast Guard territory and figured since I am there, it's easier to ride through it to get out than to turn around.

I still have mine up too. It's a little ceramic one that took 30 seconds to find in the Christmas tote, take out of the box, and plug in. I haven't had time to take it down.
