cutting the cord

Not wired. On Google mesh router with confirmed download speeds of 100+Mbps...Apparently this issue isn't all that uncommon. Others have reported stuttering issues only during live sporting events, but no issues with other channels.

It's not the rated Mbps, it's your service providers local-network capacity! We only have 25Mbps download, but we can stream on multiple devices while twin xBoxes are also rockin' and rollin'. A few years ago, before 100Mbps became available in our area, the installer pulled up the network map on his laptop and showed how the system can't handle everyone streaming at 7-10pm. So everyone that upped their service to 100Mbps wasn't getting it!?

Which ISP was this ?

Do these live streaming companies charge a monthly sports fee like the cable companies do?
Depends on the app and which local channel you are looking for. MSG for instance is only on FUBO Live.

To me cuting the cord is a pia and will just add to all the bills, logins etc I already have. The price defference is marginal anyway.

Yeah, thats why I haven't done it yet. Honestly, the cost for internet alone is about the same as internet and tv bundled. Womp.

PSVue is dying, so I'll be jumping to YouTubeTV end of January. Anyone else currently use that?
It is freaking hard to keep up, Hulu goes up $10 this week is you have the live service. My wife has questioned why we just don't have cable. However I was out of promotions and F comcast, so I was looking at $229 a month for basic, which is stupid.

How many passwords do you have to remember?

After week 17 red zone is dead anyway. I have a feeling YouTube will have that at the start of the season in2020. Or nfl makes their own streaming thing.

Respectfully disagree here.
Triple play package with 2 TVs was $175/month

Now-
Internet: $50/month (to start, now $65), Netflix $12/month
Amazon Prime $10/month
That’s approximately a savings of 1 midrange Hardtail per year.

And on the password thing-
LastPass.
You’re welcome.

FIOS $39.99

YOUTUBETV $49.99

BEZOS, smart mf that he is $10

Total monthly double play bill: $99.98

Suck on it, u malignant overlords of all cable companies.
