I haven't had any problems with the regular/organic pads from them with my avid ultimates.
 
Even tho my input at this point is pretty irrelevant, but for future seekers of this thread, it may hold some value.

Sticking with the same brand pads, as your calipers, would be the first and better choice for people who are not aware of any other brands. Swiss-stops are rated amongst the best second party pad manufacturers. Stick with a reputable brand, pay a little bit more than the no name ones, and have a peace of mind that its worry free, and if something does happen, then you got a good customer service behind the manufacturer to aide you.
 
did u install them yet? if so how are they working out for ya? can u post a link on the place you bought them from?
