Trek Fuel EX Swingarm

Hey guys, my 2010 Fuel EX8 chainstay broke at the weld this past weekend. I'm going to work with Trek but in case they give me s*^t then I have to replace the part. Looking for a 2010-2012 swingarm assembly or chain stay.

I wouldn't sweat this.
The chain stay broke on my 2009 GF 26" wheel HiFi last March. Took it back to lbs where I bought it, he took pics, and Trek came back with a very nice warrantly offer for me after about a week including an offer of a new Trek 26" frame, or in lieu of that a very (very) nice discount on a new Trek complete bike.
