Personal Part-Time Trainer?

Hey there,

I have read some posts about nutritions, training and different kind of workouts etc. Basically, there is too much information and I have no idea where to start from and I literally have almost no time for this (don't think I am stupid 😀).

So I was wondering if some personal trainer
could help me in my journey? Do some tests on me, see what I am worth, and give me a nice diet and say how much I need to do and how much will be too much (not effective). Just, basically, because people are different and one diet and workout doesn't work for everyone.

I live in Verona, NJ... it would be nice if you can point me into a right direction.

So what do you think about it?

I would goto your local gym. Many of them offer personal trainers on a weekly basis that you can set schedules up with.
