After over 20 years, Mick Tormey has decided to scale back his work at Mercer County Park. He’ll still be out running the brush hog and doing other trail maintenance, but we’ll need someone to lead the group.

If you’re interested, please send me a message and we can discuss.

2nd write-in vote for @Big Al

#voluntold
@Big Al where you at?!

Being the chapter lead at Baldpate, I deal with some of the same people and they are generally easy to work with and at least at MCP you don't have to worry too much about trimming one plant wrong and hearing about it. 😀
I was going to call out @Big Al in the 2nd post but didn't want to pressure him. But I 3rd the vote. He is officially elected!

I'll 4th that vote for Al!
I have been Mick's right hand man for quite some time now... It's time for both Mick & I to bow out gracefully.
We're OLD!
It was not an easy decision to make, but the right one. Some younger blood needs to get in on the fun.
I'll still show up for TM and do Ad Hoc work as I see it.

All - I'm happy to announce that @Big Al has been selected as the new Chapter Lead for Mercer County Park. In celebration, he's holding a trail maintenance session tomorrow 5/17 at 9a in the Marina parking lot 😀

Congratulations to Al and a huge thanks to Mick for the decades of service to Mercer County Park and JORBA!
