CCC Legal?

What is the deal riding at CCC? I drove over there on Sunday. The trails I saw leaving the parking lot said no bikes. The Park next to the lot says no biking also. I would like to check it out but don't need any police issues.

I'm not sure if something has changed or not, but it seems like every time I'm there the local bike cops show up without any issue. They have always been nice. I got the impression they like us there.

Signs were posted a few years ago and it hasn't stopped me from riding there. From what I was told, don't park in the college lots either. Stick to the lots in the township park.

where they yellow signs? if so, that happened a few years ago where (from a faculty source) the college was concerned with liability. I live 3 blocks from the trails, ride there a few times a week, and have never had any issues with either the police or any college staff. Ride the trails and enjoy, just be courteous to other trail users. Like JDurk said park on the college side, if you don't have a CCC window sticker you might get ticketed since the parking there is an absolute disaster.

where did you park? I rode there 3 times this week and didn't see any of the old yellow signs.

ccc

I parked at the college. Last parking lot towards the township park. In front of the baseball fields. Where should I park and enter the trail from?

next door in the park, use lot #7. it's on the right next to the woods. the tailhead is right there, drop in a go left to get to the better stuff. if we all survive the coming apocalyse and you want a tour let me know.
