Each person will talk about how their profession can help aid or improve your health and your cycling. The people that are listed come to Cycle Works as customers so they are no strangers to the cycling community.

Dr. Alex M. Mercado

Dr. Mercado has a solo Internal Medicine practice in Flanders, NJ. Dr. Mercado received his undergraduate degree from New York University, New York, NY with a B.S. in Biology. He received his MD in June of 1993 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ-New Jersey Medical School, Newark, NJ. Dr. Mercado is board Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is an avid cyclist and will talk about how the medical industry can aid with your health and cycling

Pat & Janine Neill Redshed Cross Fit

Pat and Janine are the owners of Redshed Fitness in Netcong, NJ. Pat studied at East Stroudsburg University and graduated with a BS in Movement Studies and Exercise Science. Pat has 15 years of personal training experience. Janine graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science/Sport Management and having certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant as well as 13 years of personal training experience.
Both will speak about how Cross Fit training and a proper diet will boost you level of cycling.

Dr. John P. Mackert, DC

Dr. Mackert has 2 Chiropractic offices one in Landing, NJ and the other in East Hanover, NJ. Dr. Mackert graduated from Life University of Marietta, Ga.. As a chiropractor, Dr. Mackert focuses on the health of the nervous system with special interests in working with athletes. He will also stress the importance of a holistic approach to maintaining health and wellness, John is a cyclist as well and will talk about how Chiropractic care can benefit your cycling.
