Have you thought about Hells Angels?
What are you for in a bike club? I know Princeton Freewheelers puts on a whole bunch of rides for every ability. I just signed up and get a newsletter and a list of rides and when. Great for meeting new people or just pushing yourself to get out.
I think Somerset Wheelmen also does something simliar, but I have no information on it. That sounds like its in your backyard as well.

Look at the Morris Area Freewheelers they do alot of rides out of Pluckemin. Also Duke Island, White Oak Park and Colonial Park.

If you're in Somerset Co. you can look into the Bedminster Flyers, the Watchung Wheelmen and as mentioned, the Morris Area Freewheelers.
(which tends to be for the more casual rider-there are A and B+ groups but fewer rides)
