Are you superstitious on bike rides?

Whenever I'm on a ride I seem to look for Omens that spook me. Anyone else have this behavior? A black cat is the worst, also I sometimes find myself avoiding cracks when I walk on a sidewalk........
 
First, again.

Is this a tie in with the OCD thing? I'm not superstitious but I am more careful when riding alone.
 
I had a black cat cross my path a few weeks ago. while I think about the potential ramifications of such, i am not worrying about it 10 sec later
 
I like kitties, especially black ones

as for superstitious :hmmm: when downhill riding I never ever go for "one last run"

this is real. I have seen carnage on last runs that are called out.

you just never say it. The way of combating this is saying, I am taking 234 (or whatever number suits you) more runs.

I only fix the 1st flat, if I get a 2nd one I think some one is trying to tell me "you are done for today".
