A strong 7
Seems like our SJ guys want to make themselves heard. I wonder if this place is as sandy as Black River.

Hi Walter. What are you wearing?

Hi Walter. What are you wearing?

GCC isn't sandy at all, maybe a few turns out of the 6-7 mile loop. CCC can be sandy in a few spots and dries out super quick. A post rain loop is pretty easy to put together w/o hitting the muddy sections and damaging the trails

Nothing but a smile. You going to KVSP tomorrow?

No, the family(excluding me) is going to Cape May for a few days, I gotta help getting them outta here.

Dude, did I ever tell you about the time my neighbor crapped in his oven?

NICE!!! 😉

Thanks.

GCC - is the home of the D&Q Summer Sizzler and is a fun loop of approx.5 miles. Located between Tanyard Rd (CR 663) and Blackwood Barnsboro Rd (CR 603) the trails are bracketed by these 2 roads, the campus and Rt 55 and the GC Institute of Tech. Once on campus at GCC you can choose 4 or 5 places to start and follow the trail all the way around. Some heavily rooted sections, a dozen or so obstacles including log piles, log rides and a teeter-totter. Plenty of short climbs and descents as well as twisty tight sections.

CCC - currently the best way to access the trails is at the park off Hickstown Rd and Peter Cheeseman Rd as there is construction going on at the college that affects parking. From the park, parking lot, the woods is to the west. There are a few places to enter. A couple of double track trails run through the middle of this place and you can easily find single track trails off either side of the main double track. Not technical at all but as Mike pointed out a great choice after rain because it dries quickly.
