For a propane comparison, January and February for me were $900/month, electric only $90. I have a big house, 4 furnace zones and hot water. We’re on the consumption decline so maybe one more fill or even wait until the Fall. I run about $220/month electric for full Summer AC.

Had to deal with this during our sale last year. Buyer attorney insisting on verification that tanks had been removed and no others existed! We built that house, lived in it for 25 years, and only a propane tank existed. Crazy.

Got an old Autel TS508 TPMS tool, to program MX sensors and replace the factory ones. The vehicle will not recognize new tire position after rotation without a dealer reset! Now I can clone and recode the sensors for 5-tire rotations.

We shift from series to series, mostly mind numbing stuff that's wearing thin on me. We watched the final Wicked last night and may look for more musicals - they're enjoyable and less of let down than completing a series tends to be.

Three of my vehicles have full roof racks. For any vehicles that have to sit outside I put a 10x20 plastic drop cloth over them prior to snow storms. Otherwise I’m never getting that snow out of the rack.

This is a good point. I could take my spare 1-UP and mount into my roof rack, but that’s a pretty high lift with a 5” fatty.
