Soulchild is right. I have the wolf with the 40 on XTR(new cassette, chain sprocket, and cable) and it is not as smooth as it was before... I am not saying it bad I am just saying it is not like it was. I would not do 42 based on the shifting of the 40.

I ride my horses there and there is a set time that we are allowed on the beach. So this might be true. As far as I am concern if a truck is on the sand your bike has the right also. Happy Pedaling.
