    this looks hard

I remember seeing that video a long time ago. It's horrible that the DEA would set up a young guy like that for a stupid crime, when there are serial rapists and murderers out there. RIP Sam.

Emergency flat fix , what's your secret ?

I saw that on pinkbike, and they said it was one of those tricks that you should just use to get back to the trailhead/lift. I just keep a patch kit and tire levers in my bag.

Which FF helmet are you guys using ?

Bell Sanction. Pretty nice helmet for $80. I did break the visor into 3 pieces though... Probably saved my life in that specific crash.

    Sourlands Mountain Preserve Conditions

Rode here last saturday, trails were decent but a little slippery. I was in a DH mood, so i just hiked my bike up the mountain (center trail) and bombed down. Rode in control with no skidding :)

    front derailer shifter

I'm sure you're talking about the derailleur. The device that clamps to your frame and physically moves the chain is the derailleur. The shifter is attached to the handlebars and controls the derailleur. Just lettin you know.

ready to smash my new wheels.

I've had experience with difficult tire/rim combos... I found that standing and pulling on the bead to stretch it out before putting it on helps. More importantly, make 100% sure that the bead is in the dead center of the rim. It makes a massive difference.

    Headphones Recommendations

All I can say is don't buy skullcandys. I have owned 4 pairs, and all of them have jack issues (and more sometimes). If the connecting piece gets bent in the slightest the sound goes out in one ear. It's the same with all of them. Thankfully Skullcandy has a lifetime warranty and sent me a free...

    Haro V1 Disc 16" Frame/Complete

Alright guys, here's the deal. So i've got this Haro V1 that I love to death, but I've outgrown the frame :( . It's been used, but never abused. Some scratches on frame, and underneath the chainstay, but no dents or cracks. I'm planning to sell the frame so I can buy a proper fitting one and...

Judy J4 U-Turn Red Spring Wanted

Found it online thanks to Marc at Efingers. :D :D :D http://www.mybiketinley.com/Rockshox-J4-Uturn-Spring-Soft_p_8109.html I seem to have ordered the very last of their Medium Springs, so now they only have Soft, Firm and X-Firm. The link is for anyone who ends up needing one like I did.

Judy J4 U-Turn Red Spring Wanted

Hey guys, it turns out i've been running a blue spring, too powerful for my weight which has resulted in me only being able to use 3.5" of my 6" front travel. I currently weigh 140 lbs and gain about a pound a week (bodybuilding), so I will be needing a Red (Medium) spring. The weird thing...
