You can totally do this. When you’re standing there up top your eyes are 5’+ higher than your tires so it looks even worse than it actually is, especially that last little rock drop off. In reality that thing is less than a foot drop from the plane your wheels are already on at that point. Approach the feature slowly (in control) staying high so you can clearly see the line from the precipice then get low and centered on the bike as you drop in. There’s not enough traction to slow crawl it like a true rock slab so as soon as you’re lined up and in the slot, let’er rip. The only way this ends badly is if you panic brake at that rock drop/dip towards the bottom. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FRONT BRAKE again until your back wheel is at / past the lower transition. Lest you go OTB. The first time will feel scary and a bit of the blur. The second will feel waaaaay easier and more in control. By the third time you’ll be kicking yourself for being afraid of it.
