Post a picture of your next bike part or mtb gear on order!

Since we’re talking Contis, slapped some new tan-wall rubber on the Binary. Trinotal Trail Grip up front with a Dubnital Trail Rapid out back (both listed as 2.4)

After looking at the bike, I was compelled to dip into the old parts box so I could swap out the grips and seat to keep the theme going. ☺️

I know roadie stuff but I am cheap and when i can find 2 of them on ebay for less than the price of one, Im in. plus I had a gift card so these are free.

Hoping one of them gets here as planned before HoH on sunday (yes I use road pedals on my Gravel bike just like the pros).

I am seeing fake SPD-SL cleats on the regular. The are less durable, brittle and in some cases they don't clip in.

Yes, counterfeit bike parts are way more common than ever.

I’m with you and I get it. Even some of the packaging looks legit when they are still fake.

I saw dozens of the ones on eBay with generic pictures that looked the same from multiple sellers.

these specific for sale items came from sellers that I looked into a bit with a lot of other bike stuff for sale and didn’t have “10+ available” I also sent messages to each before I bought them to get more pictures so hopefully my due diligence results in legit products.

I used to buy a lot of stuff off eBay, but some years ago it started to become a struggle to find anything good for a decent price and it became easier to just buy from established vendors.

Another thing was when they stopped being linked to PayPal for selling and wanted to link directly to your bank account. While I know I can create a "buffer" account number through my bank, I just haven't gone through the bank to do so... it still bugs me and for whatever reason, I just stopped using eBay entirely.

Got this in 44mm yesterday for the gravel bike. Previously felt a little confined on 42s, but my shoulders probably will hate anything over 44. Obviously had to get some new tape to go with it. Also got a shorter stem, but I'm gonna hold off on that for now as I may flip ( 🥴 ) what I have as it's already on the shorter side at 80mm

The setback on the Tarmac has been a constant source of fit adjustment over the years. Any extended time off that bike, I feel I need to tweak something. I'm hoping going to a 0 offset fixes that.

Switched saddles for these two respective bikes, went back to Selle Italia. Don't know what I was thinking ever leaving. And yes, they look the same but the gravel version is more padded and basically the same as their endurance model
