Sorry. I copy and pasted the title. Since I spent the time researching and writing the blog to inform and help others, I decided to skip a step and rewrite the blog title. Didn't know it would bring out peoples inner troll. Sorta lame.

Thank you for posting and for the summary of what this law will be requiring. There are rumors of a pending amendment, but I've not heard anything solid.

They are still on the roads everywhere.
Police don’t even enforce the helmet law for minors on regular bicycles Nevermind lights at night and the famous no trick riding on the roads.
As far as on the trails not really a concern of seeing police or rangers checking e-bikes considering dirt bikes ride them all the time.
Also as a person who has fished North Jersey streams for over 20 years I’ve only been asked twice to show my fishing license.
So I’m really not concerned.

Waiting for new laws against human powered dirt bikes( also known as mountain bikes). Those guys need to stop annoying dog walkers that own the trails.
