Overall good. The red fire road climb has some spots that are messy, but the trails are all in wonderful condition.

I’d rate the park 4 out of 5. As mentioned before some fire road sections are soft/muddy. Most of the singletrack is in good shape. However there are a few singletrack sections that are heavily rutted and soft. I’ve marked these in red (includes the nasty fire road sections). Try to avoid these. Otherwise your ride should be good.

Trails in pretty good shape today. Stick got my derailleur around mile 7 at the back dirt lot so had to limp out from there. Tree down on green, see pics. Inch or so of rain predicted for Monday so it will need some time to dry out after that…

A fair amount of this is due to Emerald Ash Borer. Shame that cutting down is the only solution.

Rode the entire park yesterday, no mud. Trails mostly clear except for purple which is a deadfall mess.

I saw this helmet this morning just a little past the new-ish roller coaster section on Yellow (coming from the main lot side). I was tempted to bring it out to the parking lot, but was concerned the owner might try to return to the original spot and find it gone. If you zoom-in, the helmet is branded as "Schwinn":
