    Chimney Rock Conditions

Yes, that is plenty of time to plan, thanks for looking out! Unfortunately that’s also a NICA race weekend in South Jersey.

    Chimney Rock Conditions

I have all the non sarcastic confidence in the world the NICA team will show up like they did for @christryon at 6 mile a few times when he posted up with several weeks notice. I have less confidence in us showing up if we only get 3-4 days notice like the last CR TM I recall occurring.

    Chimney Rock Conditions

Our NICA team rode this morning. White/red/ballfield loop/yellow. Admittedly, I was against us riding CR as I expected it to be awful everywhere this time of year. Shockingly, it was about 96.3% awesome (yes I'm that highly scientific cough cough) and 3.7% beyond dreadful, avoid. That 3.7%...

Tell me where you rode today...

haha, more than willing, of course the brain cell has to remember to record it so that's the challenge

    Nassau Trail conditions

Trails riding quite nice. Took care of this one on the way in from Foran lot: Then this one on Chip’s (there’s another not long before this one., but someone built it up we some smaller timber so I left it): This on Nassau (not long before this is a double monster that needs proper...

Tell me where you rode today...

Yeah, the more left you enter, the more you exit towards a tree (tho perfectly manageable to steer and avoid). The more right you enter, the more left you exit, avoiding the tree. No mishaps (so far!).

Tell me where you rode today...

It looks worse than it is. 2-3 different lines. The "scariest" line has the best exit. The "easiest" line has a slightly awkward exit (but not terrible at all). Most folks biggest worry is the bottom bracket making contact dropping in on the steepest line. I'm long and lanky and my bike is...

    For fitness sake

Do you also add stevia? Almost positive they use it as a sweetener, no? Although that may only be flavored varieties, so if not going for flavor, maybe not?

    For fitness sake

I've had zero issues with it since day one; it's been one of the best changes I've ever made to how I fuel my body. I used to be chronically dehydrated despite drinking tons of water: constant headaches, popping Advil like candy, the whole deal. Then, one brutal mid-summer day, I got hit with...

    Lewis Morris Conditions

Pretty good conditions last night, we didn't hit the whole park, but what we rode was good to go.

    Nassau Trail conditions

Terrific today. The trial from Foran Fields had some squishy spots, as did flatlands (one spot covered by pine needles such that you can't see it was slop that almost ended me). A couple of trees down on the Foran side, rollable. A few more on the other side are also rollable except for one...

    Lewis Morris Conditions

Saw a couple fatties on Saturday and they seemed to be getting around OK, covered more miles than we did. At least in terms of the snow sure it's gotten better since. Can speak to if spots are now muddy and what not tho.
